ARIZONA CITY — Douglas John Anderson, 68, of Arizona City died on March 19, 2011, at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa.A private service was planned.Mr. Anderson was born on March 21, 1942, in Rhinelander, Wis., and was a son of Oscar and Margie Anderson. He worked for the Department of Natural Resources in Wisconsin and later became an over-the-road truck driver.Survivors include his wife, Mary; four sons, Brian Miller of Arizona City, Paul Mack of Rhinelander, Clay Mack and Eddie Collins of Las Vegas, Nev.; two daughters, Staci Anderson of Arizona City and Hyla Collins of Las Vegas; a brother, James Anderson of Rhinelander; and 10 grandchildren.J.
