Jadon Lee Rapp, age 22, passed away tragically on December 9, 2025, at the home he shared with his fiancé in Maricopa, Arizona. His sudden and heartbreaking death has left his family and all who knew him devastated and in shock. Jadon was born on September 26, 2003, and in his 22 short years, he touched countless lives with his kindness, loyalty, and enormous heart.,
Jadon was a wonderful son, brother, father, and friend. He had a deep love for animals, baseball, video games, anime, and especially for spending time with those he cared about most. He shared an unbreakable bond with his mother, built on love, trust, and constant connection, and cherished time spent wrenching on cars with his dad—learning, laughing, and creating memories that reflected their shared love of mechanics and problem-solving. He deeply loved his sister, Olivia, and treasured growing up alongside her, sharing laughter, adventures, and the everyday moments that became lifelong memories. He also shared a lifelong friendship with his best friend, Brian, with whom he created many treasured memories exploring the desert, fishing, gaming, and simply enjoying each other’s company. He adored his cat, Itochi, and took pride in his growing collection of action figures.
Jadon is survived by his loving parents, Garilynn Schock Rapp and Brandon Rapp; his cherished sister, Olivia Rapp; and the greatest joy of his life—his newborn daughter, Rose Rapp. Becoming a father filled Jadon with overwhelming pride and purpose. He was over the moon to watch Rose grow and often FaceTimed family just to show her beautiful smile. She was truly everything to him.
He is also lovingly remembered by his grandparents Michael and Carole Schock, Janine DeLay, and his great-grandmother Iris Schock; his best friend Brian Wallace; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will carry his memory forward always.
Jadon was preceded in death by his sister Tavanna Rapp; his grandfather Darryl Rapp; his great-grand parents William and Rose Bristol; his great-grandfather Richard Schock; his great-grandparents Thayne and Francis Rapp; and his great-grandparents Richard and Faye Gabel.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Jadon spent his early childhood there before moving with his family to Maricopa, Arizona in 2013. He later had the unique opportunity to live in Dorado, Puerto Rico during his seventh-grade year, returning to Arizona in 2017. Jadon eventually moved to Roundup, Montana, where he graduated from Roundup High School in May of 2023. He returned to Maricopa in October 2024 to begin the next chapter of his life.
As a child and teen, Jadon loved playing baseball, family vacations to Florida and Montana, trips to Six Flags, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals. He was excited to begin school for automotive mechanics in the spring of 2026, continuing a deeply rooted family legacy of loving cars and knowing how to fix them.
Jadon lived life with honesty, integrity, and courage. He was never afraid to embrace new opportunities and always made time to help others. His values were strong, his heart was pure, and his presence made people feel seen and loved. He had an unquenchable thirst for life and a spirit that will never be forgotten.
Jadon’s legacy will live on as a reminder that we choose our attitudes and how we love others. His life reflects the power of meaningful acts of love and service, modeled for us through Christ.
There are no words that can fully express our gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support shown to our family during this unimaginably painful time. We are forever thankful to those who have walked beside us as we grieve the loss of our beloved Jadon. Services for Jadon will be held at Faith Chapel, 517 Shiloh Rd, Billings, MT 59102 on February 7th 2026, at 11:00 AM.
