ELOY — Joe Ann Hall-Atchley, 71, of Eloy died on Sept. 19, 2010, at home.Ms. Hall-Atchley was born on April 22, 1939, in Jasper, Texas. She was a social worker.Survivors include her husband, Lewis V.
