Joseph found joy in playing video games, hiking, and practicing archery. Alongside his brother Cedric, he co-founded the Human Filth band where he expressed his creativity through music composition and sound engineering exploration.
He leaves behind his parents and his brothers Christopher and Angel Martinez. Joseph is now reunited in peace with his brother Cedric Chico.
A visitation to honor Joseph's life will be on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel in Casa Grande, from 8 to 10 a.m. The burial will take place thereafter at Little Tucson Cemetery in Little Tucson, Tohono O'odham Nation.
