Joseph "Starlin" Cox, 87, died peacefully on February 17, 2024 in Maricopa, Arizona. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Starlin enjoyed playing music and fishing.
