Joseph was a proud member of the Saint Francis Committee for the Tohono O'odham Nation and an accomplished musician. He traveled extensively to share his musical talents, performing in prominent locations such as Washington D.C., New York, and the JFK Kennedy Center. Joe was also a member of the Papago Warrior Band, where his passion for music resonated deeply within his community. His dedication and artistry will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
He is survived by his siblings, Mary Lopez, Kurt Frank Sr., Audry, and Douglas Juan, as well as his significant other, Janet Andrews, several nieces, nephews, and Godchildren. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Lupe Jose-Frank and Clement Frank.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during an all-night wake on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Clare Church in Anegam. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the Anegam Cemetery on the Tohono O'odham Nation.
