AK-CHIN - Luis James Garcia, 15, died on July 26, 2015, as a result of a traffic accident.Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday at the Ak-Chin gym. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 6 a.m. Aug. 8 at St. Francis Catholic Mission. Burial will be in Ak-Chin Cemetery.Luis was born on Aug. 1, 1999, in Chandler. He attended St. Francis Catholic Mission and was a Maricopa High School student who played football and loved playing all sports. His dream was to be a disc jockey, and he had a true understanding and love for music. He is survived by his parents, Della White and L. Adam Garcia of Ak-Chin; a brother, Jalen M. Garcia of Ak-Chin; a sister, Mariella A. Garcia of Ak-Chin; and grandparents, Luis E. Garcia of Tucson, Betty J. Vargas of Ak-Chin, James C. and Stella F. White of Casa Blanca.J.
