Pablo had a fun personality. He was outgoing, funny, and liked to joke around. He found joy in listening to music and was caring towards others. Pablo especially loved his children and took great care of his nieces.
He is survived by his children Taylor and Zataray Ulloa, his mother Coletta, and his siblings: Thomas Ulloa, Paulette Ulloa, Carlie Jackson, Analisa Jackson, Alexandria Felix, Octavio Grijalva, Francisco Saenz, Corina Ulloa, Jobi Ulloa, and Antonio Ulloa.
Pablo is preceded in death by his father and his brothers Ivan Ulloa and Carlos Jackson.
