Patricia Ann Phelps, 83, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 13, 2012, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.A private service is planned.Mrs. Phelps was born on July 17, 1929, in Memphis and was a daughter of William Mullholland and Emma Wilson. She was a high school teacher before retirement. She was a member of Cabin Fever Quilt Club in Chimacum, Wash., and attended Elks activities. She loved reading, boating, quilting and cooking. Travel was her passion.Survivors include her husband, Richard "Dick" Phelps; two sons, Frank Cahill of Anchorage, Alaska, and William "Bill" Cahill of Maple Valley, Wash.; three daughters, Sandie James of Kent, Wash., Annette Johnson of Wenatchee, Wash., and Collette Wilson of Port Angeles, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
