Roger was born on February 8th, 1949 in Salamanca, NY to Burton William Franze and Frances Irene Lubke.Roger is survived by his 2 sons Shawn Franze (Jenny) of Maricopa, AZ, Jason Franze of Edmond, OK and Sister Pat Lavelle of Tucson, AZ No services will be held at this time.
