Spencer is survived by his two sisters, Marie and Marlene Manuel, his children Lisa Vasquez, Valerie Manuel, Jason Manuel Sr., Keith Manuel Sr., Anthony Manuel, and Lori Manuel. He had 43 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren.
He worked for Gila River Farms as a tractor operator for 35 years, because of his artistic abilities, Gila River Farms hired him to draw their company logo which is still used today.
He retired from Gila River Farms 15 years ago and spent most of his time using his artistic abilities creating beautiful cultural paintings. His favorite music was classic rock, and his favorite singer was Bob Segar.
He was a simple man who enjoyed taking care of his dogs, spending time with his family and friends making them laugh and joining in with his hearty laughter.
Funeral services will be graveside at Vah-ki Cemetery at 6:00 am on June 26, 2024
