Dr Warren was born in Decatur, Ill, where he grew up. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a well-known optomitrist in Casa rande for more than 40 years. He loved hunting, fishing and camping. In recent years he enjoyed riding his motorcycle often and made trips across the country. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Denise.
