On September 12, 2026; Patricia L. Litchfield went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus. She is the beloved wife of the late John R. Litchfield, Jr.; loving mother of Don Tebo, Sharon Finecey, John Litchfield III, and Lynn Stenner; devoted grandmother of Brian Siatkowski, John Litchfield IV, Tiffany Fleming, Shane Stenner, Roshare Norman, Ashlee Kastendike, and Robbie Finecey; dear great grandmother of 14 great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 15 from 6:30-8:30PM at Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM, Wednesday, September 16 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 4414 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment in Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Baywater Women's Clinic, 505 Dutchmans Lane, Suite B1, Easton, MD 21601.
