Barbara moved to Washington in 1960 at the age of 20, where she met Robert A. Foote. They were Married on September 30, 1961, in Tacoma Washington. They eventually settled in Salkum, Washington and had five children.
She was a loving homemaker who enjoyed baking and giving home-made goodies to her kids' friends. She enjoyed reading, putting together puzzles, and traveling with her sister Wanda. She loved to hang out with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Barabara was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband Robert Foote, son John Foote, son Mark Foote and granddaughter Sarah Foote. Barbara is survived by her two sons Steven Foote, David Foote, daughter Laura Belongia (Kevin) and sister Wanda Manseau and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Sticklin - Brown Funeral Chapel, 1437 S. Gold Street, Centralia, WA on Thursday November 19, 2026, at 11:00 am followed by Funeral Service at 12:00 pm.
