I met Cheryl at Olympic Elementary in 2002...I had the good fortune to work with her in the Title room with struggling learners. I learned to be a better teacher from her compassion and genuine interest in her students' well-being. Cheryl will be so missed by so many.

She was a special daughter in law. She was like another daughter. We didn't get to see her alot, but when we did it was a very happy time. I miss her already, my thoughts and prayers and with my son dan and his family now and always. She will be dearly missed. Lots of love.

I have known Dan and Cheryl since high school and have so many fun memories with her, Dan, and the Waring family - celebrating their wedding with them, birth of their first child, Derby racing, BBQs, special family events, etc. Cheryl (and Dan) was one of those friends who you could go months without seeing but knew would always be there if you needed anything. Cheryl and Dan shared a special bond, and it was obvious how important her family was to her. She beamed with pride when talking about her grandkids. I will miss her laugh/smile and bubbly personality! Love and prayers to Dan, her boys/daughters-in-law, grandkids, and the Waring family!! There are no words to express my heartbreak for you all!
