

Connie was born on September 13, 1955, in Martinsville, Virginia, to William Edmond Hall and Bonna (Hall) Millus. She was raised with her sisters, Era Yvonne Clevenger and Wanda Ellen Fletcher, and carried with her throughout life a deep appreciation for family and the values she learned growing up.
Connie graduated from W.F. West High School in Chehalis, Washington, and continued her education at Centralia Community College. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to serving her community through a variety of careers. She worked at the Chehalis Library, served as a manager of electronics, and answered the call to help others as an EMT. Alongside her professional accomplishments, she was also a co-owner of Transport Ambulance, where she helped provide vital emergency services to those in need.
Connie gave her heart to Jesus Christ. God was always #1 in her life, and she loved watching Christian television. Above all else, Connie was devoted to her family. She found joy in caring for her children, Kenneth Sean Kinder and Leslie Dawn Mannako, and treasured every opportunity to spend time with those she loved. She enjoyed making jewelry and crocheting.
Connie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ray and Lonsie Hall, Hayden and Mildred Morgan, and her father, William Edmond Hall.
She is survived by her mother, Bonna Millus; her sisters, Yvonne Clevenger and Wanda Fletcher; her son, Kenneth Sean Kinder; her daughter, Leslie Dawn Mannako; and her grandchildren Kira, Taylor, Noah, Lilly, Avery and Emma. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory and miss her deeply.
Connie will be remembered for her compassionate heart, strong work ethic, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the people she helped, and the family she loved so dearly. Most of all, she was in love with Jesus. She was waiting to see him, and now she is at home.
