Elsie Ruppert. She attended Doty School through the 7th grade and then attended Pe Ell School
through High School.
Louise began her career in banking in Centralia before eventually moving to Spokane, Washington,
and later to Waikiki, Hawaii. While working in Waikiki, she met and married Wilfred (Robbie)
Robinson who was a career Army Officer, serving for 30 years before his retirement. Soon after
marriage, Robbie was sent to Fort Sam Houston and eventually back to Korea. At the conclusion
of his service in the Army, Louise said, "Take me home" and they moved back to Washington State.
Louise finished her career with West Coast Savings & Loan.
Louise passed away peacefully in Centralia, Washington on August 28, 2025, with friends by her
side.
Louise is preceded in death by her husband (Wilfred Thomas Robinson), her mother (Elsie Helen
Toepelt), and her father (Stanley Albert Ruppert).
