Timothy Joel Daily

February 28, 1965November 16, 2019

Timothy Joel Daily, 54, of Chehalis, Wash., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 16, 2019, while on a hunting trip in Colville, Wash. Tim was born on February 28, 1965, in Calcasieu Parish, Lou., to Robert Joel and Esther Rose (Landry) Daily. He met the love of his life, Carla Burgess, through a family member. He and Carla were casual acquaintances, but began dating after she vacationed with one of his cousins. Tim moved to Washington in order to build their relationship, and the couple wed in Chehalis on April 13, 1985. Tim enjoyed the outdoors- hunting, fishing, four wheeling, hiking, camping, and barbecuing were some of his favorite things. He loved working on cars and racing, as well as entertaining guests. Tim was a comforter; he was the most kind and compassionate man on earth. He was the type of father that loved no matter what. If you needed anything, he was there, no matter the time, reason, or request. His love was unconditional. Tim helped without judgement, and wanted all his children to do well in life, and adapted his life to meet the needs of his family. His mother remembers him as the best child a parent could have had. He was honest and well behaved, and it was a privilege to raise him. He had the biggest, forgiving heart, and stood strong for his family. Tim was a local 26 steamfitter. He blessed the industry with a spirit of excellence and a high quality of craftsmanship for 33 years. His exemplary conduct was notable to employers, local membership, vendors, and customers throughout the State of Washington. Tim is preceded in death by his father, Robert; and son, Milo Daily. He is survived by his loving wife, Carla; children, Tyrell Daily, Echo Kasinger, and Amanda Daily; grandchildren, Karessa Daily, Kaleah Daily, Aubree Kasinger, Bentley Kasinger, and Brayden Kasinger; mother, Esther; and siblings, Jeff Daily and Rhonda Jett. A Memorial Service will begin at 11 AM on Saturday, November 23, at Jesus Name Pentecostal Church, 1582 Bishop Rd, Chehalis. A reception will follow the service in the church fellowship hall. Tim was a 35 year member of Jesus Name Pentecostal Church, and was committed to God and supportive to his church community in every way. Floral donations may be taken at Benny’s Florist in Chehalis. Memorial gifts may be sent to Britt Burgess. To contact Britt, call (360)520-0705.

Last week, I feel like I waited for one of these messages despite knowing it wasn't coming 💔. The world just doesn't make as much sense without you in it. I miss you so much. Love you

Every thanksgiving you stayed up all night cooking everything! I’ll never forget you walking through the door with platters of food, that you had slaved over. Most times you didn’t even get told thank you but we appreciated it more than you know. I missed you today. I missed your cooking but mostly my dad. You were the first one to fall asleep because you had been up all night, but the last one to go to bed afterwards. Always trying to serve everyone. I’m thankful for those memories . Today we hunted in memory for you. We got one down, I know your proud. So many holidays where you and Tyrell were playing games or us kids riding quads! I know you wouldn’t want us to be sad but it’s pretty hard to when we have such great memories from you. I’ll forever hold these moments in my heart! ❤️ Miss you dad

Uncle Tim, I can’t believe you’re actually gone. Our hearts are completely broken.💔😢 I know you’re rejoicing in Heaven, but it’s so hard to believe we will never get to see your smiling face again here on this Earth. You were the kindest, most selfless man I have ever known. Literally the definition of a “give the shirt off your back” kinda man, someone that would have helped just about anyone. We will never be the same without you. Until we meet again...

I love you,

Tim will be greatly missed! I’ll never forget the family trips and vacations-he taught me to ride a bike, and to ride a quad. Love and miss him

I never imagined I would be sitting here writing this, that I would ever lose you.
You have always been here for me, such a permanent fixture in my life. It seems inconceivable that I will never see you again.
I miss you more then words can say.
You were always there for me when I needed you, always quick to say I love you and give a hug.
You were someone I could count on to love me no matter what. You always listened to my problems and gave advice but then told me no matter what I chose to do, you would support my decision.
I wish I had one more chance to tell you how much you meant to me.
You were the sweetest, most selfless, loving man that I know and you will always hold a place in my heart.♥️

My dad was a trooper, he was legit, and a boss, but most of all my dad was pretty gangster!
