His family will receive friends from 10:00 to 12:00 P.M. Saturday, January 14, at McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews Mint-Hill Road. Services are private.
Born February 3, 1959 in Charlotte, NC, Mushie was a son of the late Carol Hunt and Estelle Clark “Jack” Hunt.
He is survived by two sisters, Cynthia Locklear and husband, Jr., and Betty Lathan, all of Matthews; two brothers, Barney Stegall and wife, Kay, of Charlotte, and Tony Hunt; and a number of nieces and nephews.
