Barbara Jean Ketzner

Barbara Jean Ketzner, age 71 of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 with her two sons by her side after a short battle with cancer. Barb was born on November 14, 1951 in St. Paul, MN to Shirley and Bertha (Piepho) Sweezo. She grew up in St. Paul and graduated from St. Paul Central High School. Barb lived in South St. Paul, MN from 1971 until 2019 when she retired to Charlotte, NC. Before retirement, Barb worked for 20 years at Factory Motor Parts in Eagan in the Accounting department. She loved spending time with her two sons and granddaughter. Other favorite pastimes were socializing with friends at the Croation Hall, gardening, reading and shopping. Barb will be deeply missed by her two sons, John Ketzner (Tammy Althoff) of Clear Lake, WI and Mark Ketzner of Charlotte, NC; one beloved granddaughter Morgan Ketzner; her sister Beverly Lynch of Woodbury, MN; several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Bertha Sweezo of St. Paul, MN.
