So sorry to hear about Betty's passing on Tues. when I went to the nursing home.
She was one of the sweetest ladies always with a smile and so glad I got to spend a couple of months with her when I visited the nursing home. My brother Ray is truly missing her. May The Lord give you peace during the days ahead. Thank you family for being so kind to my brother.

Aunt Betty: always smiling and always interested in me and my life. When Johnny called to tell me, I immediately remembered 1972, Uncle Harvey's service. Betty made a point to come over and give me a hug and then said "I understand you've recently been saved, Barry". When I affirmed this she just lit up, gave me another hug and told me how wonderful it was and how happy she was for me.
Another memory is from about 10 years ago when heading down Sharon Amity I decided to stop in to see if Johnny & Betty were home. At one point, Betty put her head down on the table for a moment then looked at me with tears on her face and said "I can't believe you would come to see me, Barry". She was always a sweet lady and we had some deep, honest conversations over the years. I know she must be just loving her new home!
Blessings on all the family. I pray God's comfort and presence on you as you work thru the coming days. Take good care of Johnny. Love, Barry
