We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dean, Calvin, Trevor, and family in the passing of Dean's mother and Trevor's Nana. Although we never had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Betty in person, we have cherished stories, photos, and occasional FaceTime interactions. Over the past few years, we have engaged in numerous conversations regarding her care, and satisfaction with her living arrangements. The love and devotion exhibited by Dean serves as a testament to the profound bond between a child and their parent. To Dean, Calvin, Trevor, and family, please know that we are here to offer support and comfort in the days ahead. May God continue to provide solace and blessings to you all.

My sympathy and condolences to the family of Mrs Betty Livingston.  She was a true woman of God, a good friend and a good neighbor.  I will miss her dearly.  God has welcomed her home. She is now at peace rejoicing in the Lord our God.  Take your rest Ms Betty for you have fought a good fight and you kept your faith in God.  You are now in the Presence of God!

Sending all my love and condolences to my extended family.

For as long as I can remember, my Cousin Betty has always been my "Aunt Betty." Though my father's niece, Aunt Betty has always been very special to me: with a heart filled with love.  I do not think that she ever met a stranger, for Aunt Betty was always willing to share her heart and her home with others--family members, friends, and so forth: as a great listener, a peacemaker, a wonderful cook, a hard worker, and so much more.  Throughout my 61 years of living,  I have enjoyed my Aunt Betty's delicious meals at various times.  My earliest memory and my favorite memory depicts Aunt Betty getting up very early one morning in Matthews, North Carolina to cook breakfast for her immediate family--which included me quite often--especially in the early years.

In those days, her daughter Geraldine  (better known as "Jerri" to many of you and "Dine" to the rest of us☺️) and I were children.  Almost at the drop of a hat, our parents would let us either spend the night with each other or spend the weekends together on numerous occasions: either in Charlotte, N.C. or in Matthews, N.C.

Being little busy bees, I can remember Dine and I running and playing in the house while Aunt Betty cooked breakfast. The wonderful aroma of fried baloney filled the air: often accompanied by a pot of hot grits, buttered toast with jelly and a glass of cold milk apiece for Dine and me.  How delicious the food always was that Aunt Betty cooked!🥰

Among other wonderful things Aunt Betty has left a legacy of love,  physical and emotional strength, wisdom, and commitment. She will be missed tremendously--more than we can measure.🙏🌅🌹🦋🥰

Flowers 

Walking on concrete pavement at Cove Creek Dr, I’m greeted with such beauty of assorted flowers. From the front side walk to the marvelous flower bed in the back yard. Planted by no other than Betty Livingston. When I lay eyes on those beautiful flowers. Love, welcoming, peace, joy filled my spirit. As God call you home to be with him, You are granted your flowers. Thank you for planting a flower in my life and to watch blossom in me.
