Charlene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She worked in Ohio as a special needs teacher for 30 years before retireing.
Following retirement, Charlene became a home maker, taking care of her home and family.
She is survived by her husband, James Norris; children, Sue Plank, Frank Glazier, Richard Bach, and Ty Bucey; sister, Nita Lombardi; cousin, Hallie Sue Farrell; grandchildren: David Plank, Jacklyn Riggleman, Michael Plank, Jeff Glazer, Ryan Glazer, Tony Glazer, and Christian Bach.
Charlene will be deeply missed.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm, June 27, 2016 at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
