Dana was preceded in death by his parents, William (Bill) and Gertha Little Knight; his brother, Leslie (Les) Knight; his son, Bryan Knight; his nephew, Tony Tomlin; and many aunts and uncles.
Dana found joy in the simple things in life. He had a true passion for working on cars, and there was something special about seeing him with his hands under the hood, bringing a vehicle back to life. He also loved fishing and hunting, spending time outdoors and enjoying the peace, freedom, and beauty of nature.
These were more than hobbies to Dana. They were things that brought him happiness, gave him a sense of peace, and created moments that his family will always remember. His love of cars and the outdoors was a meaningful part of who he was and will remain a treasured part of the memories his family carries with them.
Dana is survived by his two sisters, Roberta (the late Bob) Tomlin and Veda (Steve) Trivett; his nieces, Alana (Andy) Denton, Shelby (John) Wilder, and Lizzy (Martin) Cupák; his nephew, Joshua (Kate) Harlow; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Although Dana is no longer with us, the memories of him will remain in the hearts of those who loved him. The stories shared, the time spent together, and the simple moments that made Dana who he was will continue to bring comfort to his family and loved ones.
He will be deeply missed by his family and by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest in peace, Dana. May you always be remembered with love and may the memories you leave behind bring comfort to all who loved you.
