Evelyn Grace Tackett

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Purcell United Methodist Church, 2141 Weyland Ave., Charlotte. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 – 1:45 P.M. at the church.

Evelyn was born June 29, 1951 in Willard, OH and spent the majority of her life in Charlotte. She was a gentle and loving woman who enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Harkey.

Evelyn is survived by her mother, Catherine J. Tackett; son, Ken Tackett, Jr. (Jenni), granddaughter, Kayla Tackett; brothers, Rob Fleming (Bev), Jay Brophy (Denise), Kyle Brophy (Kris), and Kevin Brophy; mother-in-law, Frances Harkey; and by many nieces and nephews.
