

Frances Fulk Eudy, 76, of Charlotte, passed away peacefully at her residence, May 26, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Terry Gene Eudy. Frances was born in Charlotte on October 22, 1949 to Ralph and Mary “Pat” Fulk.
She graduated from Garinger High School in 1967 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Frances was a homemaker and administrative assistant. She frequently volunteered at her children’s schools and was an active member of Central United Methodist Church. She loved feeding her family, volunteering at the church office, bird watching, growing flowers, bargain hunting, and watching General Hospital.
Frances was a cancer survivor and faced this and other challenges in recent years with resilience. She was known for her humor, joy, and gratitude. She was known by many names to those who loved her - “Fran” to her husband Terry and his family, “Sissy” to her sister and her family, “Mama”, “Ma”, “Grandma”, “Mama Frances” and “Mama Eudy” to her children, grandchildren, family, and church family.
Frances is survived by her children, Wendy Turner (Jason), Jason Eudy (Heather), and Kevin Eudy (Gwen); her grandchildren, Joel Eudy, Elam Turner, Rose Eudy, Alden Turner, Seth Eudy, and Zeke Eudy; her brother, Thomas Fulk (Paula); her sister, Jatana Royster (Ron); her nephews, Thomas "Dean" Fulk, Jr (Kathy), Aaron Royster (Sarah) and Kyle Royster; her sister-in-law, Vicki Jackson, many nieces and nephews on her husband’s side; and dear family friend Kim Shafer.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Central UMC, 6030 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC. A reception will follow the service. Burial will be private.
Memorials in her honor may be made to Central UMC Charlotte or Susan G. Komen. The family extends their gratitude to Ashley Britt Phillips, PA-C, Dr. Aleksander Chojecki, and their staff, to Lupe Sandoval for her compassionate care and dedicated support, and members of Central UMC for their kindness, presence, and support throughout the years.
