Gracie Mae Perry

Gracie Mae Perry, 87, of Charlotte, NC, was called to be with the Lord on January 19, 2015. Survived by Hoyatt Perry, husband of 67 years, mother of Carolyn Lay of St. Petersburg Florida, Arlin Perry (Sonya) of Charlotte, NC and Darvin Perry (Sharon) of Phoenix Arizona. Grandmother of Cassidy Perry (Mandy), Vickie Cockrell (Chuck), Carrie Ziegler (John), Chris Perry (Amber), Steven Perry (Carrie), Tina Muhleisen (Kevin), Kyle Perry and Kelsey Perry.

Great Grandmother of Maddie Perry, Haley Perry and Logan Muhleisen.

Visitation from 6-9pm on Friday January 23, 2015 at McEwen Funeral Home, 7428 Matthews Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC. Celebration of life service at 10am Saturday January 24, 2015 at McKee Road Baptist Church, 4300 McKee Road, Charlotte, NC.

Gracie was a devout Christian woman that was passionate about her faith and family. She encouraged her children and grandchildren to be the best they could be and to follow God's will for their lives. She honored her husband and was his soul mate. She will be forever in our hearts as we remember her loving care of each one of us.
