Judy grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina with her parents, one brother and lots of family. She attended Garinger High School and worked as a stay at home wife and mother most of her life.
Judy and Johnny were married February 14, 1964 and were about to celebrate 55 years of marriage. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and had a passion for talking, cooking, going to their beach place, and the home shopping network. She looked forward to the holidays, family events, and eating out or take out didn't matter to her as long as she was with her family.
She is survived by her husband of the home, John Van Duncan III; two sons, John Scott Duncan and John Van Duncan IV; two grandsons, Joshua and Caden Duncan; brother, Robert C. Bolton; nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in laws, and lots of friends.
Friends are cordially invited to a memorial service to celebrate Judy's Life with the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to your local humane society.
