Leland was a dedicated Christian man and loved his Lord with all his heart.
Surviving are his brother, Paul Troutman; a niece and nephew and great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Leland will be held at 9:30 am Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Mint Hill, followed by a visitation until 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Sharon Memorial Park.
