Mike and I shared an office and workload for 10 years in uptown Charlotte. He was a great friend and colleague who will be missed tremendously. Kathy and I include Charlotte and the two young men in our prayers. It’s been a long time since seeing and talking to Mike. We graduated together from Charlotte Catholic. Most of my memories with him were on the football team. We both played the same position, offensive and defensive line. Mike was always a very kind person and enjoyable to talk to. Many of us classmates are sadden to hear this news and wish his family well. May God grant eternal rest upon him and welcome Mike into His kingdom.

Good morning Michael Walker, I’ve met Mike about eight to nine months ago. I can honestly say he was a well rounded guy. He always had a smile on his face. I’m going to miss you Mike Mike. My condolences to the family. You all are in my prayers. To Mike sons take care of your Mom.

My condolences to the family. I`ve known Mike for sevral years while working  security at Wells Fargo. Mike had a great sense of humor and really cared about others. Mike was always a good listener and had some pretty excellent stories to speak about. When you needed a friend, Mike was there. The door to Heaven has opened for Mike, to spread his wings and become an Angel.
                                                          
                                                             

Mike and I were coworkers years ago. We met back in 2003 and have remained friends ever since.  Our highlights were going to Jimmy Buffett concerts and having fun! He was a great man and will be greatly missed.

Mike was my cousin, while we were 20 years apart and estranged for most of our lives. The last half a year we were able to get close. Those hour long phone calls meant so much to me and brought me so much comfort. I will forever miss my older cousin and treasure the time we did have together. I just pray him and Jason are together, at peace. I send my love to my uncle and aunt as well as mikes amazing sons and amazing wife he adored more than anything. You all are in my constant thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏻
