Olivia was born on December 24, 1948 in Aberdeen, Mississippi to the late Benjamin and Estelle Williams. She received her Bachelor's Degree in communications. With this degree, she worked as a service consultant. Olivia retired from Bell Atlantic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Olivia loved flowers and had quite the green thumb. She also enjoyed interior decorating. Above all she loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers, Clarence, Willie James, and Leon Carr.
Olivia is survived by her husband, Terry Carr; son, Justin Carr (Sabrina); and grandchildren, Skylar and Caleb Carr.
