Bobby was a sweet and loving man with a great sense of humor. His home for the last 35 years was Elliotte Manor and most recently, Lawyers Glen.
There, he created a family among the residents and employees. He enjoyed simple things in life, hymn music, going to activities, eating and telling jokes.
He is survived by his special family, John and Charlotte Elliotte along with their children, Cinnamon, Shannon and Ryan, of Mint Hill.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Amity Presbyterian Church, 2831 N. Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte NC, 28205 where he was a member for many years. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the activity department at Elliotte Manor, 10201 Connel Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227.
