Rosemarie will be remembered most for her contagious laugh and the lively, boisterous spirit that filled the spaces around her. She carried herself with a steady honesty that was felt in the straightforward warmth of her presence and the sincerity with which she loved those closest to her.
A great cook with a gift for making others feel at home, Rosemarie found joy in cooking and took pride in sharing it with family. Her creativity showed itself in crafting and in the pleasure she took in home renovation shows—always appreciating the beauty of making something better, more welcoming, and more her own. Above all, she loved being with her family, and it is in those moments of togetherness that her memory will remain especially close.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Africano; children, Christopher Price (Aimee Rowell), Nancy Price Zerega (Michael Zerega), and Robert Africano (Cristi Africano); grandchildren, Meghan Neff (Justin), Brian Price (Renea), Kaylee Howard (Kyle), Matthew Zerega, Shannon Price, Danielle Zerega, Robert Africano, and Catherine Africano; and great grandchildren, Joel Price and Calvin Price. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Nancy Durso.
