Born October 24th, 1979, in Charlotte, North Carolina, Scott was a 1998 graduate of Providence High School and attended UNCC.
Scott worked in the restaurant industry for Custom Shop and Roosters. He had a passion for bicycling and he loved to eat, especially his mom’s gumbo. He was a curious and inquisitive soul. Scott was free-spirited and kind and always put a smile on your face every time you saw him. He had an infectious humor and loved to spend quality time with his family and friends. Scott was a natural historian of Charlotte and loved seeing and remembering how it’s changed over the years.
He was survived by his mother, Jenny Rondina and husband, Denis; father, Byron LeJeune and wife, Carla; his sister, Sarah DeGesu and husband; Jarrett; niece, Rachel; and nephew, Luca.
A service to celebrate Scott’s life will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, November 17, 2019, at McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Mint Hill. The Reverend Dr. Tommy Preslar will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
