Vincent James Murdico

Born in Red Bank and a graduate of Red Bank High School in 1953, he served 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Vincent married Audrey Dietz in 1956, moved to Toms River in 1964, and worked for N.J. Bell Telephone Company for 38 years before retiring. He was a former parishioner of Saint Justin the Martyr Parish in Toms River, and attended Sunday Catholic Communion Services at Windsor Run Senior Community after moving to North Carolina.

Vincent was predeceased by his wife Audrey in 2021, after 63 years of marriage. Also, by his brother Joseph Murdico of Red Bank, NJ and his sister Frances Jarvis of Lake Havasu, AZ.

He is survived by his daughter Michele Musto and her husband, Tony of Wesley Chapel, FL; his two grandchildren Marc Musto and his wife Jordan of Charlotte, NC and Jillian Musto of Orlando, FL; his son Joseph and his wife, Joleen of Matthews, NC; Vincent, Jr. and his wife Kara, of Land O’ Lakes, FL; and his sister Mary Conover, of Middletown, NJ.

A mass of christian burial for Vincent will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3635 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209.

Vincent will be laid to rest with his beloved wife Audrey at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
