Annie Elizabeth Harden, 73. Of Ooltewah, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018. A native of Hollywood, Alabama, she has been a resident of the Ooltewah area most of her life and was retired from McKee Foods with 19 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arnold Meroney and her second husband, Johnny Harden; father, John R. Pittman; mother, May Belle Dodson Pittman; brother John Floyd Pittman and sister, Deborah Pittman.
Survivors include two sons, David Alan Meroney and Michael Meroney; grandchildren, Nicholas Tyler Meroney, Madison Riley Meroney and Braden Cole Meroney; three sisters, Kathy Gail Pittman, Peggy Jean (Nenad) Downing and Laura Ruth (Bill) Dapper; three brothers, Donald Eugene (Jann) Pittman, Wesley Henry (Billie) Pittman and James Paul Pittman; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Valley View Chapel with the Rev. Don Oliver officiating. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens East. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
