She was born in Chattanooga, TN to the late Charlie and Essie Gladson Evans.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Leroy Lindsey, Sr. and her son, Kenneth Leroy Lindsey, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Delilah Hughes and her husband, Ken, of Ooltewah; six granddaughters; several great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, October 16, 2022, in the funeral home chapel with Brother Chris Davidson officiating. Interment will be at the Ooltewah Cemetery.
