Bruce L. Ringer, Jr.

We are sad to announce the passing of Bruce L. Ringer, Jr., a native Tennessean and long-time resident of Mobile, AL. Bruce passed away at age 70 on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. All that knew him admired his robust laughter, quick wit and love of family.

He was quick to come to the aid of everyone in need with his extensive knowledge of what seemed to us of everything known to man. Bruce was bigger than life and his earthy presence will be missed tremendously by so very many.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bruce L. Ringer, Sr. and Margaret Rilea Ringer and daughter, Tory Toomey.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife, Trisha; children, Cameron Ringer (Kelli), Brandon Ringer (Gavin Wilks), Brittany Mixer (Cory) and Logan Toomey; grandchildren, Steven Toomey (Valerie), Dylan Ringer, Kailyn Ringer and Allee Toomey; great-grandson, Noah Toomey; siblings, Lynda Bacon (Daryl), Brian Ringer (Joelle) and Ruthie Plumb (Stan) and many other wonderful family and friends.

His life will be celebrated in Mobile, AL between 3-5 PM on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36606.

Bruce’s journey home to his beloved Tennessee will take place with a final farewell by family and friends between 3-5 PM Saturday, December 16, 2023, at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37421.

A Celebration of Bruce's life will be held at 5 PM Saturday, December 16, 2023 in the funeral home chapel.
