Carlos Delgado, 55, of East Ridge, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020.
Carlos was born and raised in Manta, Ecuador.
Surviving are his wife, Zoila Rodriguez; sons, Steven Delgado, Carlos Delgado, Jr., and Alex Leon (Gabriela Romero); grandchildren, Bryson Delgado, Isaiah Leon, Destiny Leon, Jocelin Guerra and Emely Guerra; mother, Aida Cedeno; sisters, Maribel Delgado and Alicia Delgado; and brother, Jose Delgado.
