He was the son of the late Homer and Mary Lee Broyles and was preceded in death by his brother, William Broyles.
Donald was a veteran of the United States Army and retired after 33 years of service with Mueller Company.
He was a member of Tyner United Methodist Church for 58 years.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Robbie Broyles, two daughters, Suzanne (Michael) Brock, Donna (Edward) Bacon, all of Harrison, TN, four grandchildren, Christie (Stephen) Case, Jason (Mary) Goodner, Allison (Christopher) Brewster, Seth Denham, and six great grandchildren, Madelyn Case, Kalyn Case, Ashlyn Case, Talan Goodner, Madison Brewster and Logan Brewster.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at Tyner United Methodist Church with Rev. Charlie Harrison and Pastor Stephen Case officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
