I had the wonderful pleasure of caring for Miss Evelyn over the last several years. I grew to love her and adore our visits and conversations. She was such a special and kind lady and will be missed by all. Prayers to you and your family during this time. And thank you for allowing me to be a part of her life. I was her “Sam”.

David and Family ,
Sorry that we could not personally greet you to express our sorrow and condolences for your loss of this Sweet Woman. I am remembering that Evelyn was a person attached to my earliest childhood memories as a next door neighbor on Fern Avenue in Lookout Valley. In addition to this, her husband Charles's brother, J.C. Humble, married my dad's sister, Laura Hulgan Humble. In the 1960's I also worked in the same TVA Department with Charles and was indirectly connected to Evelyn during those years.
Please Accept Our Feelings Of Sympathy and Support,
Alan D. Hulgan & Mom, Tobey Hulgan
