It's hard to think of the summers of my childhood without remembering my time spent in Tennessee with Uncle Buzz. We would sit out front of the house and just talk, even though I was just a kid and had nothing to say he would listen to my stories and ramblings. He would whistle and sing and always tell me he loved me when I left. He and Jean never seemed to mjnd when we ( myself and 4 siblings) stayed next door with grandma and ran between the yards and houses. I was so glad I got to see him last fall and that he got to meet my little girls. He told me they were beautiful and that he was proud that I had joined the service. He was so loving and I will miss him so. Fair winds and following seas sailor, I'll see you again.

Uncle Buzz,

I am sorry to hear you passed away.

Deep in my heart I know you are at peace.

I have many cherished memories with you.

Like the time we tried to walk the trail around the lake at night at Walden Woods Campground. Even thou we didn't make it far we did see that beautiful buck in the tree line and field.

Whenever I wear Ohio State and you smile and say that my girl. I will continue to wear in honor of you.

I will miss hearing you whistling tunes, your laugh, and jokes.

I will miss you very much and love you.
Thank you for the memories and laughs we shared.

My heart and prayers are with all of the family.

Love,
Jennie Hunter
