OBITUARY
Jack Lee Rollins
March 26, 1941 – November 14, 2020

Jack Lee Rollins, 79, of Ooltewah, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020.
Mr. Rollins was born and raised in Greenback, Tennessee to the late Charlie and Ezarine Rollins. Jack retired as a Foreman from Moccassin Bend Wastewater Treatment Facility and was previously employed at C. F. Industries for 20 years. He was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church and the Ooltewah VFW Post # 1697.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Patricia Rollins; sons, Scott (Lin) Rollins and Steve (Beth) Rollins; grandchildren, Edward (Crystal) Rollins, Timothy (Katlin) Rollins and Lorraine (Stephen) Baker; and great-grandson, David.
There will not be any visitation at the funeral home.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM on Thursday, November 19th at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be private at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416 (hospiceofchattanooga.org).
We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks, and all CDC measures be adhered to at the funeral home.
