Jim was a lively, fun-loving guy. He had a great love for his wife and family. You knew you were his friend once you crossed that threshold. Sometimes it took a sledgehammer to get your point over to him but once you did, you had him hook line, and sinker. He would trust you with everything he had if you proved yourself to him, but let me tell you, that took some effort. I loved him with all my heart and will miss him dearly. He and Joyce have been very dear friends for many years, starting off as being my shut-ins through the Alpha Circle. I thank the Lord for the opportunity of knowing him.
