Uncle Cappy,
I remember from my childhood how proud you were when you spoke of your missions in the US military. I believe your finest mission and ultimate accomplishment resides in all your inspiration to others as a leader, husband, father, brother, and friend of many. Your legacy is your beautiful family. Steven and I were very honored and proud to visit all recently. Aunt Pepita, Penny, Joseph, Chris, & John,....God Bless, the entire Belanger tribe sends thier continued love, thoughts and prayers!

Joe was my FAVORITE customer at Ace Ooltewah. He was always a joy to see. His "top 'o the mornin" greeting and the tip of his cap when he came in the store is so missed by me. A truly precious man.

Our condolences to the Kelly family in the loss of this great man. We got to know Joe when we lived next door to Chris & Kim a few years back. It was a joy to talk to Joe whenever we had the opportunity to do so. The New Year's breakfast at Joe & Pat's home was an enjoyable event we will never forget. Joe will be sadly missed by many. Peace & blessings to the family.
