Mrs. Farmer was a veteran of the U S Marine Corp and served her country during World War II.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Willard Farmer and her son, Gary Thomas Farmer.
Kathleen is survived by three children: Ronald W. Farmer, Sandra (Charles) Poole and JoAnn Lynch along with grandchildren, Sara Marshall, Andrew (Shantia) Farmer, Kathleen Farmer and Rachel Farmer. She also has two great-grandchildren, Rebecca Marshall and Garret Marshall.
The family will be conducting a private memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.
