Michael was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in the Chattanooga area where he spent the majority of his life. Michael also lived in Florida were he loved spending time on the beach and in the ocean. Michael loved working with his father and brothers in the family’s drywall business.
He is survived by his wife, Ashley Combs; daughter, Annabelle Ivey; father, John (Brenda) Ivey; mother, Martha (Gayton Hebert) Ivey; siblings, Jonathon (Sheryl) Ivey, Jennifer (Kevin) Fite, Kenneth (Michelle) Ivey, Daniel Ivey, Angela Ivey and Aaron (Mariah) Ivey; and many nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, David and Timothy Ivey.
