Mr. Richardson was born in Stockbridge, Georgia, a longtime member of Providence Baptist Church and retired from McKee Foods.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Janice Richardson; children, Pam (Doug) Elleby, David (Tina) Richardson, Vicki (Aaron) Finnell, Greg Poss and Robin Poss; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Darthy Cohran; and sister-in-law, Shirley Richardson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Randolph and Rosa Lee Richardson; and brother, Ronnie Richardson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 12 PM Noon on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Providence Baptist Church (8523 Providence Rd, Ooltewah, TN 37363) with Rev. John Jones officiating. Visitation at the church will be one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
