Shelley could make the most mundane of moments fun. She was smart and funny and kind, and was quick to put the suffering of others above her own. She was a wonderful friend. She loved, and delighted in watching her beautiful and brilliant daughter grow. Her face lit up in the presence of good people, and her bright eyes incited a smile on the faces of everyone. Her singing voice brought joy to many. No one will ever make things like Trivial Pursuit or silly YouTube videos as fun as she did. The world has lost a sweet star. She will be so terribly missed.

Shelley was an incredible person. She was kind, sweet, interesting to talk to...super intelligent...One of the coolest people I've ever met. And I think everyone else who knew her will agree with everything I have said about her. Goodbye Shelley, 41 was way too young to leave us. I wish to express my condolences to her family and to just say I will be praying for you during your time of grief. I hope you can find some comfort in the fact that many people felt blessed that Shelley had touched their life in many positive and caring ways. She will be missed deeply by all who knew her.
