She was born on May 9, 1935 to the late Frank and Florence Parker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Blain E. Wolbert, daughter, Susan Wolbert Mull, two brothers and four sisters.
Shirley enjoyed making crafts and had a talent for quilting, crocheting and sewing. She retired after working many years as a registered nurse.
She was a member of Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her two daughters, Donna Wolbert Conerly (Jamie Franklin Conerly III) and Sarah Wolbert Kessinger (Robert Clark Kessinger II), grandson, Cullen John Conerly and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023, at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2023, at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Herman officiating. Interment will follow at Collegedale Memorial Park.
